D     Das Ferienhaus liegt auf 1200 Metern Höhe, eingebettet in die raue wie majestätische Berglandschaft der Südtiroler Dolomiten. 23 Einwohner, 4 Bauernhöfe und eine Kirche bilden die beschauliche Szenerie und gemeinsam mit unserem La Pedevilla den Weiler Pliscia. Die Natur beginnt unmittelbar vor der Tür und lässt sich schon beim Frühstück durchs Fenster erleben. Nicht selten lassen sich Krähen und Eichelhäher auf den Nachbardächern nieder, Rehe und Füchse streifen durch die Felder und wilden Wiesen, Greifvögel kreisen mit den aufsteigenden Winden.

In der Gemeinschaft des Weilers gibt es eine Hofkäserei, frische Milch direkt vom Hof und Nachbar Pasquale fertigt Schüsseln und Krippen in Handarbeit aus Holz. Nur drei Kilometer entfernt liegt Enneberg, weitere vier sind es bis nach St. Vigil, einem Ausgangsort zum Kronplatz-Skigebiet.
Neben den abwechslungsreichen Abfahrten bietet das nahe gelegene Pederütal eine 15 Kilometer lange Langlaufloipe.

Das ganze Jahr über lädt der 25.000 Hektar große Naturpark Fanes-Sennes-Prags zu Ausflügen, Mountainbike- und Kletter-Touren sowie kleinen Expeditionen auf den Spuren ladinischer Sagen ein. Zahlreiche Berge und Seen sind zu erwandern und die einzigartige Landschaft der Dolomiten zu entdecken. 

I     La casa di vacanza si trova a 1200 metri d’altitudine, incastonata tra le montagne pure e maestose delle Dolomiti del Sud Tirolo. L’atmosfera della frazione Pliscia, con i suoi 23 abitanti, le 4 fattorie, la chiesa e ora La Pedevilla, è assolutamente autentica. La natura è proprio lì, oltre la porta, da vivere già durante la colazione attraverso la grande finestra. Corvi e ghiandaie sono visitatori frequenti dei tetti vicini, cervi e volpi sfrecciano sui campi e sui prati, gli uccelli rapaci arrivano quando il vento si alza.

A Pliscia si possono prendere latticini e latte fresco direttamente nel cortile della fattoria, il nostro vicino Pasquale realizza artigianalmente ciotole e presepi di legno. La frazione dista 3 chilometri da Marebbe, e con 4 chilometri in più si raggiunge il San Vigilio, punto di partenza per l’area sciistica di Plan de Corones.
La vicina Valle Pederü offre 15 chilometri di piste per sci da fondo, oltre alle varie discese.

In ogni momento dell’anno, il Parco naturale di Fanes-Senes-Braies, con i suoi 15.000 ettari di territorio, è la base ideale per escursioni in mountain bike, scalate e passeggiate lungo i sentieri delle favole Ladine. Tante le montagne e i laghi che possono essere visitati, ammirando i paesaggi unici delle Dolomiti.

E     The vacation house is located at 1200m altitude, embedded with the rough and majestic mountain scape of the South Tirol Dolomites. The picturesque scenery derives from its 23 inhabitants, four farmhouses and one church and now with the ‘La Pedevilla’ ensemble, the hamlet Pliscia. The nature is right there, outside the door, and can be experienced through the window already during breakfast. Crows and Jaybirds are quite regular visitors on the neighboring roofs, dow and deer and foxes streak through the fields and wild meadows, raptors circulate with the rising winds.

Within the hamlet, one can get dairy and fresh milk direct ‘ab-Hof’, from the farmyard and our neighbor Pasquale handcrafts keys and cribs from wood. Pliscia is located just three kilometers apart from Enneberg, and with additional four kilometers one reaches San Vigilio, a base of the Kronplatz Ski Resort.
The close by Valley of Pederü offers a 15 kilometer long cross-country track, besides the diverse downhill slopes and options.

Throughout the year, the 25.000 Hektar expansive Nature Park of Fanes-Senes-Braies invites for touring, mountain biking and climbing as well as exploring expeditions on the trail of ‚ the ladinish legends‘. Numerous mountains and lakes can be explored via hikes and with it one can discover the unique landscape of the Dolomites.
